  • Radiused tooling from 6mm - 25mm. Customised tooling can be made
  • Metal shaping: 200kg Air hammer
  • Rolling: Minimum 150mm diameter by 1.5m wide up to 3mm steel or 6mm aluminium.
  • CNC Manderel Bending - 25mm to 76mm Round Tube Tooling
  • Section Rolling - up to 50mm diameter.


Welding:


  • 8 x Thermadyne 315 AC/DC Tig;
  • 1 x Lincoln C300 double pulse Mig
  • Miller Invision pulse Mig 350 Amp;
  • CEA 400 Amp MIG.
  • 2 x GENEX TIG 3200P DIGITAL AC/DC


Machining:


  • Lathe - 1500x500mm swing
  • Lathe - 1000x200mm swing.
  •  Universal turret mill
  • CNC lathe - 1000 x 250 swing


Fuel Tank Testing


  • Pressure testing to 30KPA to ABYC and SANS specifications.
  • Pulse testing to conform to ABYC.
  • Fire testing fuel tanks for ABYC
